HOW TO MAINTAIN AN THREE-LAYERS EMULSIFYING TANK
In order to improve the production efficiency and extend the service life of the emulsion tank, daily maintenance of the emulsifying tank should be carried out. Details as below
1.The equipped meters of the emulsion tank should be checked once a year to ensure normal use.
2.The electrical equipment of the emulsification tank such as electrical appliances, meter, transducer etc is strictly prohibited from directly contacting water and steam to prevent moisture.
3. After the emulsion tank finished work, It should be cleaned in time and discharge out the remaining water from the tank and each pipelines.
4. Often to check the oil level of the reducer to ensure the lubricating oil is enough.
5. Using the soft brush to clear the emulsifying tank without scratches.
6. In order to prevent the liquid from the emulsion tank flowing back to the pipeline during operation. It must be ensure that the pressure in the air duct is greater than the pressure inside the emulsion tank.
7. Ensure every machine parts can work before turn on the emulsion tank.
8. When machine finished work. Please loosen the cover of tank and screws of manhole to avoid the sealing ring permanently deformed
9, For some reasons if the buyers’ emulsifying tank need to stopped the work a while time, It is necessary to disinfect it. Please be sure to discharge out the remaining water from inside the jacket of emulsifying tank before disinfection. If not, The inner tank will be squashed and damaged. in addition, Negative pressure is not be accepted during the cooling process when disinfection was finished. It is for avoid the machine be contaminated or damaged.
(Tips: Sometime if the buyer need to disinfect the emulsion tank when the materials inside. The inlet pressure must be controlled less than or equal to 0.2MPa. If not, The machine will be damaged easy)
